Re-send my license

We answer the same way whether or not that address has a license — it keeps your purchase email private. The re-send only ever goes to the address on the license itself.

What arrives, and what to do with it

One email

Your license key, plus the same license as an attached .snlic file — either one activates the app.

Activation is offline

Open StoneNest, click License, paste your key, and click Activate — or load the .snlic file instead. No account, no license server — the check happens on your PC.

Air-gapped shop PC?

Open the email anywhere, save the .snlic file to a USB stick, and carry it to the shop machine.
